Chips: fry sliced shallots for 20 minutes, then fry chips for 20 minutes and combine both, add salt and parsley on top of the chips
Chicken: add olive oil, lemon juice, honey and salt on an oven tray, add the chicken to it and make sure to impregnate it well with the sauce. Put it for 50 minutes in the oven at 210ºC, at half the time flip the chicken.
