  1. Surely America doesn’t object to the will of sovereign nations hosting allied troops on their territory…

I also love how /r/Europe is flooeded with garbage propaganda from American and British outlets whenever American warmongering needs to be presented in positive light.

Come on people… can’t we post articles from.. I don’t know… European media outlets?

  2. Russia should build a military base in Venezuela…

Closer to France (French Guiana) and dutch territories in the caribbean

Europeans seem to forget that Europe is not only confined to the european continent

  3. Yes, and that would be okay. Then Russia would basically do what NATO is doing in Eastern Europe. So the West should not object to Russian deployments in Cuba and Venezuela, provided that those deployment have the consent of those countries. An advantage would also be that it stretches Russia’s finances even further.

  4. A Russian diplomat is asked “Will Russia deploy missiles in Cuba?”
The diplomat replies that he does not want to confirm or refute such a statement.
The American media write that “Russia is bringing missiles to Cuba!”
