Carob flan

  1. Recipe:

    1. Put half of a glass of water and 4 teaspoons of white sugar into a pan and wait until caramelized. Then put it into a mold.
    2. Mix 400mL of soy milk, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons of carob powder and 1 teaspoon of white sugar. Put it into the mold, on top of the caramel done in step 1.
    3. Put 1cm of depth of water inside an oven tray and insert the mold in it.
    4. Bake it in the oven for ~30 mins at 170ºC
    5. Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour and then put it in the fridge for ~4 hours.
