I never understood the reason owners were sending XL bullies up to Scotland as some sort of saving grace. AFAIK, the dogs weren’t needing to be killed, the ban just meant regulating the ownership and having extra responsibilities. If you truly loved your dog, surely you would follow through with those extra responsibilities rather than ship them halfway up the country?
Also, despite the delay, I think it was fairly safe to assume that XL bullies would have been banned in Scotland at some point. Sooner rather than later would have been ideal, of course, but at least it’s happening now.

You can see today the SNP happy to work with the UK Government on the Post Office scandal.
However – every time this dog breed gets mentioned – the post is flooded with comments saying the SNP are not doing this because of England.

Finally Humza sees what we all saw a long time ago. The delay was unnecessary, the faffing about pointless, and the need for the SNP just to be different to England has done nothing but put scots in danger needlessly.
