Yousaf contradicts himself here. He said “we do take the approach of deed not breed”. In that case, surely Scotland shouldn’t have to limit the number of XL Bullies to “ensure public safety”? These dogs are demonstrably more dangerous than other dogs and he looks deceitful claiming that they aren’t and then banning them.

Wonder if there will be another mass shifting of these dogs to Northern Ireland as I don’t think they’ve banned them yet.
