  25. Between this, the Israel/Palestine conflict, the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the possibility of China invading Taiwan, a world war of sorts in the future wouldn’t be all that surprising. Perhaps what differentiates the Houthi’s and Iran’s actions is that it seems to attract universal condemnation, including from China and Russia.

  26. The Iranians are desperate for the US to attack them. With support for their brutal regime flagging amongst young people I’m sure they’d appreciate a common enemy to boost support.
