This sounds like a faked statement to be honest. No credible sources, no mention from anywhere else and some outlandish, russian style claims of success.

Turkey provided long range guided missiles (both laser and gps guided and AFAIK they can be fired from HIMARS but UA also has dedicated launchers). just saying .
He must be talking about weeks ago when Russians complained it was the worst day for Russian Air Force since World War 2. When they found out what ATACMS can do, and the total damaged/destroyed numbers were never publicized/known.
