  1. yes you can apparently freeze it and like the one that changed my life, fuck out your bread bin / leaving it out on the counter bullshit getting you moldy bread and just freeze it.

  2. Yes you can freeze it. I then grate it with a cheese grater when needed for toast.

  3. Yes you can. All the butter you buy this time of year has been frozen anyway. They make it in the summer when the cream content is high enough from the cows. In the winter the milk isnt good enough to make butter from. So all the butter gets made from around Late April to late September early October (depends on weather). They then freeze it in large blocks and store it until needed in the winter. Then it gets thawed and fed into a blender and packed into the portions we buy.

  5. How long until it goes off? It’s not something I ever thought needed freezing as it lasts for ages
