Yes you can. All the butter you buy this time of year has been frozen anyway. They make it in the summer when the cream content is high enough from the cows. In the winter the milk isnt good enough to make butter from. So all the butter gets made from around Late April to late September early October (depends on weather). They then freeze it in large blocks and store it until needed in the winter. Then it gets thawed and fed into a blender and packed into the portions we buy.
