3. Absolutely!, this should be done.

   Problem… I wonder if the banks are going to play nice. That’s all free money they are able to use, right? Can governments just ‘take’ money like that? Does anyone know the legalities of these moves for the various countries involved? Just curious.

   Again… It’s certainly a worthy cause that I think should be done. I just don’t trust banks to do the proverbial ‘Right Thing’.
