I have sent a letter to Finland. I need to clear the customs. Tulli requires me to attach the ‘arrival notice’. I got the tracking code but I could not figure out what is an arrival notice and how can I get it?

1. Arrival notice is sent to the receiver. The only way you can get it is to ask from the receiver. You are not supposed to do the customs clearance but the receiver.

2. The only task you have to do is to chill. Tulli stuff should be done by the recipient

   Customs clearing should be done by the recipient, not you.
