[La Vanguardia] Mateu Lahoz has admitted before Civil Guardia that there were some occasions in his career where he ‘harmed’ Barça. The referee, who retired this year, has acknowledged that there have been “situations that are difficult to referee” in which “it has benefited some clubs or others.”

2. This dude always had to be main character though. I’m pretty old school in that I generally prefer the pre-VAR era of letting the center ref get on with it using common sense but this man would influence the game way too much. Gave out yellow cards for fun
