Homemade spice bag is where it’s at

  1. I love making my own spice bag. I can make it as spicy or mild as I want!

Also, I can’t actually buy them anymore. Have to make them. Yay allergies and intolerances /s

  2. Nah, you can’t replicate the cheap greasy fast food nature of a spice bag at home. You can make chicken and chips and it be nice, but it’s not a spice bag, so don’t dare utter it’s name again as you diminish the prestige of it.

  3. That Funky Monkey mix in Lidl is where it’s at!

Anyways, on this effort, chips look like they need another 5 minutes but solid effort.

    8 red chillies outta 10.

  4. I went to a local chinese about a year ago and ordered a spice bag purely because everyone here raves about them. It was meh. So there are two possibilities… 1) everyone is in on some massive troll or 2) ly local Chinese is shite. I’m hoping for the latter. So.. Can someone tell me where in Cork or tipperary where I can get a good (or great) example?

  5. Better than that other mess that was up here but it doesn’t have the same buzz as a proper one from the Chinese.
Where’s the greasy bag? The plate Isn’t overflowing. Where’s the shame?
There’s a theratre that comes with the takeaway that can’t be replicated.

    Still looks good tho pal
