There have been flights transporting asylum seekers across the country, originating in states like Arizona and Texas, that pre-date Wheel Chair Man’s “crusade against the Liberals!”.
Even Jerry Nadler (NY) had a favorable tone about them recently saying we need them because our population is declining.
The White House has also subsidized the creation of SMOs (Safe Mobility Offices) outside of the US to help get logistics figured out for transporting asylum seekers to the southern US border. The USG also gives grants for millions to NGOs like the Hebrew International Aid Society to help get these asylum seekers to the border.
If we don’t want to accept these truths, there can’t ever be an honest, bipartisan conversation about the issue.
Texas doesn’t want solutions. It just wants to be angry about something.
They will magically stop blocking the same exact agents if Trump is elected.
