Russia says Ukraine talks hit ‘dead end’, Poland warns of risk of war

  1. I don’t think this is going to be war in the conventional sense that many are thinking nor is there going to be an invasion. Russia has the luxury of superior strike capability against Ukraine. Putin will not make a costly mistake like rolling troops deep into Ukranian territory. What Russia may however do is to conduct a significant strike on the Ukranian air force, their single warehouse with Turkish TB2 drones, navy and strategic points of interest behind the curtain of our SAM platforms within our borders. A volley of 3M-54 Kalibr, Iskander and Oniks missiles targeting stationary Ukranian fighter jets and naval assets along with destruction of the runways and SAM sites will knock out most of Ukraine’s capability to hold the airspace. I don’t believe Russia will go as far as striking their ground units. Our S300/400 Radars an track up to 600km’s or Ukranian airspace and can engage at up to 400km so a lot of those Ukranian fighter pilots won’t even bother trying to take off if we engage.

  2. This is another article from Reuters with baseless fearmongering attributed to the American-controlled Polish government.

Can we get some actual reporting and objective analysis and not hysterical propaganda?

  3. Russia never was serious about these negotiations anyway. They just wanted to manufacture a pretext for war. It has been obvious from the start.

  4. Question: does your local media talk about the Russia – Ukraine stand off?

Cause you read/hear absolutely nothing in ours and then you open reddit and believe that WWIII is about to break out at any minute.
