Soldier Nazar Maslinchuk is currently in a hospital in Dnipro. Originally from Rivne, he worked as an assistant locomotive engineer in civilian life.
“The war met me at work; we were heading to Lviv and heard explosions in Brody. We evacuated refugees from Kyiv, as many as possible, as quickly as possible, to help people. I felt a sorrow for women with babies. So when I arrived from Ivano-Frankivsk, I went straight to the military enlistment office and said, ‘I want to go serve, that’s it,'” shares Nazar.
One day, while carrying out his duties on the front line, he was hit by a drone. Although he survived, his condition was serious, resulting in the loss of an arm.
His doctor explained, “It tore his arm almost to the elbow; he had significant burns. Now, he is making progress. However, after talking to him, I could see that mentally, it is challenging for him. He is going through a lot. I hope that those who will be taking care of Nazar will do everything possible for him to receive a high-quality prosthesis.”

A true hero. Many thanks from all of the free world. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Fuck Russia.

Thank you hero
Fortunately he has both his eyes. Simper fi
I know it may seem out of place, but I hope he knows he’s still very handsome. Many burn victims lose self esteem due to their injuries but this man definitely shouldn’t. I hope he gets the love and appreciation he deserves for his heroism and that he recovers as best as possible.
