  3. no, it's a relatively expansive but extraordinarily complicated decriminalization. in fact if it does all happen, it will be far less of a legalization than the status in the netherlands, as the netherlands have de facto legalized the final sale to the consumer by coffeeshops for profit, whereas in germany, the sale is only to be permitted for nonprofit clubs. legalizing drugs means allowing their trade for profit.

  4. Had kid from Germany as co worker. This was about 20years ago and he told us how much of pot head he is. Had him try some of our cali stuff and oh boy. First euro kids smokes weed like cigarettes. And 2nd they are weak as hell. He tapped after first hit. Hopefully German pussies get some decent stuff after this legalization

  22. Yeah. The whole world should legalize and regulate rather than ban. It has both negative and positive effects on the extremes.
