First time I’ve ever seen something like this, incredible
As a coach you’re supposed to set an example of professionalism for your players.
Acting like this, especially in a top league, is straight up barbaric.
Lecce did the right thing
I’m glad we did, what a muppet thing to do.
It was a foregone conclusion, also because the team’s form had taken quite a dip and Lecce have ended up embroiled in the relegation fight despite having looked relatively safe earlier in the season.
The headbutt was almost a blessing, as it has given the board a valid reason to fire D’Aversa and look fully justified to do so.
P.S. Delio Rossi slapping Ljajic is still my all-time favourite managerial meltdown.
Magari l’avesse fatto pure di Francesco
Shameful
