Firefighter abseils to rescue driver of truck hanging off bridge in Kentucky

Three other cars were involved in the crash at the George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge between Louisville in Kentucky and southern Indiana, and two people were taken to hospital, Louisville metro police said.

Amazing, well done!

Hero among us❤
Now that is some serious squeaky derriere time .
SALUTE 🫡
I'm registered blind. Even I can see that the fire-fighter is being lowered by a crane is not abseiling. This is sloppy reporting.
Bravo 🎉
Every driver needs to sit an Advanced Drivers Test
Not so sure that was an abseil. Looked more like a winch system. Technically he was lowered and retrieved using mechanical advantage. Not taking anything from the rescuer, but there were others involved in making it work and some serious shout outs to the riggers who planned and pulled this off are also due.
Last night it was in Ohio. Which is it?
I saw this in paw patrol movie.
