He did commit rape and I think a lot of star actors and directors and musicians were doing the same thing back then. Didn’t the guy from the Eagles also do the same ? That was in the news recently.

Any body with a legal background can you enlightenment me on how someone could win this case against Polanski? I imagine (could be misunderstanding and wrong) but not evidence. And so won’t it become his word vs her word in a court case and is that enough?
