* Mix 600g of cream cheese, 180g of white sugar, 80g of flour, 0.33L of whipping cream and some drops of vanilla essence.
* Put in a cake mold.
* Put it in the oven for 50-55 minutes at ~200ºC (heat above and below). The last 5-10 minutes with heat only above.
* Open the oven and leave it for a few hours until it’s cold/mild, then put it in the fridge for a day.
* Add jam on top, I used an apple-cinnamon one.
The recipe is very similar to the one for basque cheesecakes, but I didn’t use eggs and added jam instead.
