Nice idea, but it will cut a large revenue stream from the PL and this will have consequences as the years go by.
The proposed 10 games is probably fine. I wouldn’t want to be the guy who has the job of choosing the 10 though.

There should always be one FA subsidised game a week. In addition to 3pm kick offs. Imagine the viewing figures of Bournemouth v Brentford was free to air compared with paid/unavailable
Will the players and management take pay cuts?
Lib Dem’s always float ideas that on paper get would get huge public support and great social media clicks but in reality aren’t ever going to happen sums them up really. Never going to get in power
