  1. This is going to be a civil comment section I’m sure lol

  2. It had to happen. Vini has the potential to be the next breakout star for us, and he needs to learn how to take things. Insults and offenses are part of the game, it’s a challenge for every player but its doable. We have seen many greats go through similar things in their age (Racism was worse back then), and they rose above it. Vini should know his worth and also the worth he has in the eyes of his peers.

I hope Vini can really turn this around, and I want to see his teammates involving themselves more. This isn’t going to get better in a manner of weeks, it takes time.

  3. Vini no matter what I stand by you. If you knock a player out for calling you racist things if you fight back with the fans I stand by you man and so should the club. Spain will lose what it has and wonder why la liga is no longer securing top international talent.

  4. The headline is much more inflammatory than the article. The team supports and loves Vini, but they also don’t want him to get sent off. There is no controversy

  5. Media is making this so much bigger than it really is. It’s probably something like the “dude cut it out man, you don’t need this shit” talk during halftime and end with a tap on the back.

  6. Vini, don’t change. Stand up to racists like you always do. Those bigots can go to hell.

  7. Can’t blame the players for not wanting to have to babysit him every. single. match.

  8. I got downvoted -1000 for saying same things as the team mates. Some fans are entitled.

  9. I think De Stefano’s ghost told the reporters. These guys would write anything for views.
