Ariel Henry is in Puerto Rico and unable to return to Haiti. He urged people to remain calm until a transition of power could be arranged. Henry went on to thank the people of Haiti and everyone ‘in the government team’. Henry’s resignation comes after gangs joined forces to oust the unelected leader during 10 days of chaos in which they set police stations on fire, stormed ports and prisons and laid siege to the capital’s international airport.

  13. The hard truth is that the Hatian politicians all want to take the cake to each other. They don’t care about the Hatian plp. They are all thieves. They love chaos so they can get in and get richer. It’s not france, that was 300 yrs ago and it’s not the USA. Even now politicians could start to turn it around, but they don’t care to.
