Now as Paris counts down to the 2024 Olympics the city is putting its talents on show to the world the French capital is Reviving a much loved tradition and that’s the waiters race table servers from the finest cafes and beastro are put through their Paces while carrying a full

Tray the Paris Olympics are still months away but this is a race the city takes just as seriously dressed in their traditional uniform and holding their tray steady these waiters are competing to be the fastest in town I am psychologically prepared also we’re on our feet at work every day so

We’re used to it I’ve been doing this job since I was 16 I don’t necessarily expect to be the first because I’m not that fit but I hope to reach the Finish Line with my tray in good condition there are a few rules waiters are only allowed to carry their tray with one

Hand they are not allowed to run and they must not spill any Drinks the race has a long tradition it started in 1914 and only stopped in 2011 due to lack of funding with new sponsors the event is now back on track back and the next generation of table servers are Keen to show the crowds what they’re made of it’s wonderful that they’re Reviving

This race which highlights a great profession one which is hard to do every day so congratulations to them and made the best win after a nail-biting final stretch to the Finish Line the winners are awarded their by the mayor of Paris and the honor of being best in beastro
