  1. Bullshit it's way higher than just 100 a month I'd say minimum £200 a month more and that's if you have a landlord that isn't trying to take you for every penny which vast majority are, no more landlords more social landlords things break under social landlords they get repaired, rents are capped too so you ain't paying for landlords to take out there 8th house and turn it into a hmo bringing in well over 1600 depending on the amount of rooms they change into bedrooms

  2. In Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, houses which used to be £475-£500 a month immediately jumped to £695 a month.

This is in an area where many who's household incomes don't exceed £25k a year. Many who don't have a means of earning much who used to be on Universal Credit, has diminished to barely anything… and now the rents have increased.

It's a terrible thing hearing of the cruelty of Landlords and their increases on rent.

  3. Tory propaganda the only reason inflation has gone down is because spending has gone down because they've made spending that expensive and 3.1% only means it's prices of rising 3.1% saliva then they were rising 10 12% a year ago surprises aren't going down they're just going up slower
