3. De Zerbi lost his midfield entirely over the summer window and still has managed to play a possession game and remain top-half in the PL. I have many doubts of his pedigree and ability to manage a squad full of whiners and snakes like ours, but tactically he seems much more certain and clear-minded than Tuchel’s predecessor who changed systems every few weeks.
