  1. We’re still not sold. FA cup or 6th or you’re gone in the summer.

  2. If he doesn’t get a win against Sheffield, it’s likely a number of the Chelsea fans will want to feel a connection with him more intimately.

  3. Sometimes you need something like that to turn things around

  4. Still can’t believe people were calling him a clown for celebrating yesterday. Where’s the joy in the game anymore? I get the frustration because I am frustrated as well but let the man be happy. Yesterday was a great day for Chelsea (cause of the 3 points and last minute winners not the shit performance)

  5. Long way to go yet……..

Palmer single handedly keeping you in the job.

  6. It also felt like the first time ive seen real passion from him no? Makes it a whole lot easier to connect with a manager when he is celebrating with the fans or angry about something the fans are angry about too instead of just sitting there looking stressed.

  7. A last minute win like that and the fans are going to celebrate like crazy regardless of the manager, bad feeling or anything else.

  8. …Winning games tends to have a positive impact on fans view of the team/coach.
