Manchester City could face an intimidating atmosphere when they travel to the Santiago Bernabéu for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie with Real Madrid on Tuesday.

Pep Guardiola's side managed a 1-1 draw in Madrid when the two sides met at the semi-final stage of last year's competition, before the eventual champions won 4-0 in Manchester in the second leg.

But it seems Los Blancos are hoping to do everything they can to make home advantage count this year, with the club being given permission by UEFA to close their stadium's new retractable roof for the first time in the Champions League, which could really ramp up the noise and tension inside.

  1. Did we get permit to close the roof? Or is it still undecided

  2. The environment is going to be crazy.
Let’s hope we will get at least 2 Goal lead.

Also Please no more yellow cards 😭
