If United were in a title race with Liverpool with 5 games to go and United were playing a game against Fulham and the VAR official was a Liverpool fan I’m sure Neville wouldn’t be to happy. It’s a clear conflict of interest.
If the VAR official today had to truly make a 50:50 call he’s obviously going to give it to Everton
I have no issue with a club calling out bad decisions if they are obviously wrong but bringing up that he was a Luton fan was too far.
They are insinuating he cheated them because of who he supports and that’s out of order.
Bring in non English refs to stop this being an issue.
