Do Forrest think that they’re going to hear them say – “yeah it’s a penalty – but I do love Luton”
Yeah that’s fair.
But I don’t get why they feel like they should’ve had 3 CERTAIN penalties.
1st claim is one of those where it doesn’t get overturned by VAR as the official didn’t make a clear and obvious mistake. People say they don’t want VAR interfering in the game then moan when they don’t think the refs made a huge mistake. It’s a subjective tackle.
2nd claim, Young is probably a yard away from the ball and his arm is in a natural position as he just jumped/moved there I think. So not awarding a penalty is correct!
3rd claim, from the refs view i can see how he didn’t award the penalty. He only gets one look, live and at full speed and the ball did move in the way it would if Young had touched it. However, he really should’ve been sent to the screen for a second look.
Overall there’s only one CERTAIN penalty that was missed. Its such a pathetic statement from then.
Wolves have been handed FAR worse decisions this season and the way the club and Gary O’Neil have handled it had been very admirable.
I hope they get relegated

To be fair, the communication and how they defend their decisions would be a very interesting listen.
This is what they should have asked for yesterday instead of ranting.
All conversations should be broadcast live during VAR decisions, but the PGMOL is fundamentally opposed to transparency.
It should be the standard practice, the fans should know what are the referees and VAR arguments for their decision
Not sure what they’re expecting to hear? “Looks a penalty but I love Luton so nah not happening”.
