  1. Now everything is set up perfectly for the return of the man with unfinished business, the Don, Pep Guardiola

  2. Did all the users in here who are asking who is left miss the last months of discussion in here? Amorim, de Zerbi, Flick, Potter, Gasperini, Motta (if he hasn’t signed with Juve yet), outside chances like Bosz, Gallardo or Zidane, small German solutions like Hürzeler or Walter, not fitting but international coaches like Conte, Mourinho, Lopetegui or Sarri.

  3. While I mostly feel bad for Bayern with this situation and the prospects for our nearer future, I can say I also feel a bit of joy that our boards, especially Hoeneß, Hainer and Dreesen, get to face some reality check after their behaviour. The arrogance with which they have been acting, especially towards Tuchel lately but also elsewhere, deserved to get some long overdue backfire.

The overall many successful years (which in the last years has largely continued due to the weakness of competition nationally until this season while we already have been declining) have been like poison to peoples mindsets, also to many fans. Expectations are beyond reason while not willing to make necessary changes beyond changing the coach every year.

  4. Everybody rejecting us, will inevitably lead to one of the following:

    – Tim Walter

    – Lucien Favre

    – Roberto de Zerbi

    – Zinedine Zidane

  5. At this point, either Flick is the correct way.

Or if you guys really want a change, Mourinho is the one.

  6. Maybe the board learns to shut the fuck up until we have the signature.

  7. Happy Rangnick turned us down

Still leaves us in a weird spot, but I didnt like him and would rather keep Tuchel than him. Maybe we find a caretaker for a year.

  8. So what about that Dortmund coach that won them a cup and led them to an (almost) League title + a CL semi?

    (hard /s just in case)

  9. Poor Kane, guy comes to a massive club and does exactly what is expected of him and more and then we lose the league and the coaching situation implodes

  10. At this rate. it will be Eberl and Freund on the bench next season

  11. one quick thing i am going to say is that IMO many reactions here are overblown, especially about the bayern job not being attractive enough

we are still talking about the head coaching job at a top 5 club in football, great building blocks despite a necessary rebuild, a decent warchest for transfers and paycheck is not a problem

a retirement aged guy staying with the job he likes for personal reasons is not the end of the world

  12. I find it funny, Anyone who mentions
    #The Special One
    Gets downvoted

  13. can picture Tuchel, Rangnick and Nagelsmann having a drink together and laughing their asses off at us

  14. Time to kidnap Zidane and force him to take English classes

  15. I’m going to be honest and this will be unpopular, but I would’ve prefered Rangnick over De Zerbi and Flick. Hope it will be someone else

  16. I’m very surprised. I know the majority were very against Ralf, but we really need to be careful what we wish for now. De Zerbi was next on the list and I personally think he’s an even worse fit. Not sure who else is even an option outside of a total surprise candidate.

  17. Honestly can’t give a fuck about the coach situation right now, next week is all on my mind.

  18. Some ppl here shows zero respect to Flick, a coach who won it all with Bayern

  19. Man this coaching search has been a pain in the ass. Literally everyone rejects us in the end moment.

  20. All I want is them to be creative, take a calculated risk if needed and go for someone that can give us some much needed identity to shape the club and team.

And for the love of god, no coach that is another press and rush pace merchant lover.

  21. One thing I really hate about our coach search is everything was way too publicly. Every week there’s 10 new articles about how close we’re with this guy, every post match conference people getting asked about the topic, hell even players were asked for their opinions in their interviews. Couldn’t we go like Liverpool, commit fast for a candidate and avoid the most media possible.

Let’s just get one in fast to start planning for the next season and move on to the bigger task which is extend the key players

  22. Another possibility is that Bayern wins the UCL with Tuchel and they decide to revert their decision and keep Tuchel bcz there is no one available on the market

  23. Maybe they shouldn’t have rejected Slot back in march uh?

  24. >What if your good friend Max Eberl called you?

Marco Rose: “When Max calls, I always answer. Then I ask him how it’s going, what things look like at Tegernsee, wish him all the best and hope that we’ll see each other again soon. I think FC Bayern are coping quite well without Marco Rose. Sometimes there are situations in football that are a bit tricky. The market in which we are talking about FC Bayern is not that simple. Nevertheless, I’m certain they will find a good solution”

  25. You guys know we’ll chug red bull one way or another

    ![gif](giphy|bnqCYKIYDYDwPpqYWF|downsized)

  26. Honestly if we win the cl, I don’t care who our coach will be next season

  27. Need to get a “Hoeneß out” petition going at this point.

*Edit: sarcasm….in reference to Tuchel in petition and Hoeneß attacking him right after……*

  28. Anyone know who was in charge of the talks with Rangnick?
Uli said that Eberl and Jung were tasked for Nagelsmann. However since then he seems to have taken on a more active role again, even meeting with Real Madrid officials this week.

  29. Maybe all the “just get coach x” commenters will finally realize that the coach in question would have to want to join us aswell… it’s not a one sided decision just off the strength of being FC Bayern.

  30. Correct me if I‘m wrong. But when there were first rumblings of Rangnick potentially being Bayern‘s new manager, weren’t there reports that he wasn’t really interested and is 100% focused on the Austrian NT job?

If that is indeed the case, with hindsight, his response isn’t surprising.

  31. Eberl is an L farmer.

Never seen such shambles at Bayern. What a disaster. Shame on Bayern for hiring this clown.

  32. Not that i want him in right now, but just curious how Demichelis is doing — play style, etc

  33. It annoys me that Uli made those shitty comments a day before a massive match, didn’t apologize and instead doubled down. The old man shouldn’t be involved in football decisions anymore. He has too much power when he should retire.

Whether you like Tuchel or not, the club should at least back him publicly while he’s still here. That was a serious lack of respect
