  1. I hope TT is getting the boys to practise penalties against Madrid there is big chance it will happen

  2. One very annoying thing about Leverkusen streak is that Wirtz will get legit Ballon D’Or shout. I mean, if he’s on the market now they’ll quote 120m at least, what would the amount be in 2025 if he wins one, 150+30m add-ons? Might as well pass it on and get 2 quality players instead

  3. WIE EINE DROGE!!!

  4. What are y’all’s thoughts about the Kimmich to Barcelona rumours?

  5. I found a good article about Tillman by ESPN NL. Problem is it’s from around Christmas, so it doesn’t cover the last 4 months but still it highlights keypoints of his playstyle imo.

Shall I create a thread for that or just post the link in here? It’s in Dutch so you would have to translate it yourself. It’s to long for posting the translation in here.

Please be aware: I may be a bit biased because I would like Tillman to come back here lol.

  6. > From ‘well informed agent circles’, it is said that Bayern now want to go full force on Benfica head coach Roger Schmidt. The former Leverkusen and Salzburg coach is under contract until 2026 and has a €30m release clause, but Benfica are not entirely happy with him, therefore it wouldn’t be complicated to get him. Schmidt has already been discussed at Bayern before but was never really one of the top candidates, but now he’s high on the list [@cfbayern, @altobelli13]

Yeah lets just splash 30m€ for him

  7. Imagine Uli and Kalle being involved in the summer transfer window. End me. One transfer will take 4 weeks.

  8. Hamburg Derby today, could see Pauli get promoted. It’s a big one.

  9. I can feel like there will be a cringey question again in the PK to Tuchel something along the lines of “Rangnick rejected the job here. Were you contacted to stay?”.

  10. Roger Schmidt, what are they smoking over there at Tegernsee? 😂

  11. Can you imagine this subreddit when Tuchel announced today the board have contacted him regarding staying but he’s chosen to move on… 😂

  12. I haven’t watched much of Barcelona this season but from what I’ve read and heard – Lewandowski has regressed quite a bit and has his lowest goal tally in quite some time.

I was listening to a podcast this morning that pointed out that he’s now 36, has a contract until 2026 and is on top top wages.

I absolutely love and appreciate the guy, but giving contracts like that to aging players I’m glad our board weren’t so naive.

  13. > Bayern Munich are understood to be among those interested in Chido Obi-Martin, although it is not clear yet where he may end up. Arsenal are in negotiations with the teenager’s representatives and are keen for him to remain at the club.

The report is from Telegraph, what do you think?

  14. I listened to a football talk yesterday and they criticized that information is getting leaked to the public in Rangnick’s case and everyone knew every minute (i know they exaggerated) what was going on. I don’t feel like that was the case, or am i missing something? I feel like the media were speculating a lot.

jogiball is still available, just sayin’

  16. Looking at the coaching crisis I would rather go with an inexperienced but good coach like Thiago mota and hope de zerbi is not off the list

  17. Its starting to become pretty clear what is the club’s plan going into the future. After Uli’s and KHR long term prediction about the inflation in transfer values being a bubble that will burst didn’t come true, they shifted their strategy to turn Bayern into a development club which will complement the expensive superstars with academy players at best and at worst to sell the developed players at a high price.

However, reading Uli’s comments from the past few years, the management seems to be disappointed that the Bayern Campus has not beared much fruit so far. Thus they have brought in well established guys (Freund, Eberl) who are experts in identifying top talent before they become superstars. The last missing piece is getting a coach who is also on board this strategy and is known to work well with younger players. From this point of view it makes sense that they are looking at people formerly employed at the RB project. And also Uli’s comments about Tuchel
