He’ll bee sore for a while
Sugar water as compensation if the little one is still there.. it’s only fair.
You sure he was nursing his head? Maybe he was just colossally embarrassed.

There was a bee on the ground in my garden crawling in circles today. I got it a spoonful of sugary water like they say you’re supposed to, but it didn’t seem interested.
I love bumblebees!
Not sure where the rumour comes from that you should give them sugar water though. It’s not healthy for them! Pick some flowers to make the little guy eat pollen instead.
