  30. The reason why the Russians actually used it against Ukraine because they knew that they can get away with it and the entire world won't be able to stop it. American military personnel in Vietnam used a nerve gas against enemy troops called Project Waterfall. Also the Americans used LSD, agent orange, BZ hallucinogen grenades, CS tear gas, CS – 1, CS – 2, herbicides, DM (adamsite) arsenic based incapacitation, etc in Vietnam.
