  1. I was very excited when he was joining us. He has pace, talent and skills to create havoc down the wings. Unfortunately we haven’t so much of that thanks to some injuries and the fact that McKennie pretty much took over the right side of the field with his performances.

I have to admit though that he has started playing really well again and has finally started to show of the things we expected from him.

I really liked his performance in the Roma match. He was quickly trying to take the ball infield, draw the defenders and then pass the ball wide in the created space.

I hope he stays with us and we really get to see the real him next season! Definitely not a bad signing this guy.

  2. One fantastic goal, decent work rate and athletic ability, but his football intelligence is below the required level. He’ll make a decent stop-gap and potential plusvalenza, but cannot see him being a key squad member.

  3. His recent play has been very convincing of his potential. He’s just been cursed w injuries and never got a solid run going

  4. so far he was completely useless. I don’t know, except for his speed I don’t really see a player with anything remarkable: doesn’t have great shooting abilities, his dribbling is all speed and not very technical, passing is elementary, technique and control definitely aren’t elite, he doesn’t know how to defend.

Maybe if he learns to defend he could be a useful fullback. the same transition that Cuadrado managed to do, but he was also much more technically gifted and creative than this guy.

In conclusion I highly doubt he has the potential to be a proper Juve player. If we could sell him for the price we paid him, I’d gladly do so. Now please downvote me Yanks.

  5. I wish we play a front 3 so we can see more of him up ahead.

  6. He’s been extremely underwhelming & for the most part poor. He’s been starting a few games recently but prior to that I completely forgot he was on our team.

It took him until May to put in a 7/10 performance. Even in that game, he was the one marking Lukaku & then proceeded to let him roam free when he scored. Besides an absolute banger against Salernitana, I can’t remember anything he’s done besides his open net miss in his debut.

Bernardeschi put up better numbers as a winger & he’s considered to be one of the biggest flops in the clubs history lol. Either way, give Weah some time. I think we got him for €13 million so he’s an extremely low risk signing. But after one season, I don’t think he’s been good at all.

  7. I don’t think he’s good enough for Juve. When he’s playing most of the time he disappears.

  8. Bidone. Athletic skill but no technical. So basically made for the premier league to just run and do nothing

  9. He Is a right Wing, he played right back. We still have to know how good he could be in his position.
The feeling Is he could be a good subs or a starter against mid-table teams

  10. The obsession of Americans with these mediocre players is really tiring

  11. He didn’t have a great season, but I’m not keen on giving up on him yet. Bonucci was an absolute disaster before Conte, and then he became one of the pillars of our BBC.

Maybe Weah is not Juve material, but I want to see him with another coach before thinking about selling him.

  12. After judging mckennie too soon, I want to give him 1 more season to prove himself.

  13. He’s young and can come good as a winger or fullback perhaps, definitely needs a year or two more to develop before he’d be anywhere near a solid player. Not first team material so far.

  14. Underwhelming, unfortunately, but i think he can improve with the right coaching because he definitely has the athleticism and it’s only his first season with us.

  15. He didn’t get his full chance like like Miretti, Fagioli and the rest!

However, he’s average player at best

  16. Mediocre, has potential but will never reach under allegri

  17. Had a decent season He can improve still but at worst he will a good super sub HIs work rat and versatility will be very useful for what we want to build

  18. I refuse to judge any player who was forced to play out of position. And don’t give me any BS about how he played fullback at Lille. He’s an attacking winger. Full stop.

  19. He’s not good enough and hasn’t been effective. Good worker. Don’t see Juve winning scudetti with players of his caliber. We need excellent players throughout
