  1. No way is Tuchel staying, so who you got as next option?

  2. >Kim Min-jae has only sustained a minor capsule injury in his left foot against Wolfsburg. No serious injury [@BILD]

  3. anyone know what the other two goalkeeper kit colors will be besides yellow?

  4. Boggles my mind that some people think the WC documentary has any role to play here at all. Flick deal can be off for any reason, but it’s almost certainly not that. The club has literally seen the man work 1.5 seasons right in front of their eyes, they don’t need some documentary to help them make a decision one way or the other.

  5. >Max Eberl criticizes the media and some of the candidates for making a lot of noise about Bayern’s search for a coach: “There’s a lot of noise, not only from you [the media], but also from the protagonists themselves – the other party in particular has sometimes been very public about it. For me the way things work is different. Normally people speak behind closed doors. You either reach an agreement or you don’t and you go separate ways. That doesn’t make it any easier.” [via [BILD](https://twitter.com/BILD)]

  6. I don‘t know the reason behind the farewell controversy yesterday. Maybe Tuchel didn‘t want it, as he said. Maybe there is still the possibility that he stays and the farewell pictures would‘ve made us look like fools once again. But i definitely had to laugh at the announcement from Stephan Lehmann yesterday. Reminded me of the bad and obvious excuses i came up with as a kid, when i forgot my homework.

  7. Best would be to have tuchel for 1 more year for various reasons

    – he got better at the end and fixed some of the problems
like putting kimmich away from midfield
    – he handled the situation decent if you think how often players were injured
    – he identified the problems, need a 6 and shake up the hierachy

1 more year and a 6 and maybe healthier broader squad could be good under him and maybe be somethibg for longer together or allows us for a new approach for xabi pep or klopp

Noone else available is a safe upgrade or wants to be for 1 year since will for sure try 1 of the 3 next year

If he stays would need to ask him to give young players more game time vs weaker teams and take pressure away to MUST win the league
Make the goal CL and league 70+ points if we dont win its fine if we win good

  8. So the Euros squad is going to be released like an advent calendar? Lol

  9. At this point I’m pro-Tuchel just because I legit think that he’s the manager that would maximise our chances of reaching the Finale Dahoam. Flick would win the BL, but I don’t care about anything but the CL next season, and Tuchel’s terrorball is what works in the CL. This man was 10 mins away from beating Real Madrid and reaching the CL final with the worst Bayern squad in years. Give him a DM, a winger that doesn’t shit the bed and some injury luck and I’m confident about the CL next season.

  10. if Tuchel doesn’t stay, then I really don’t understand wtf happened yesterday with him not receiving a goodbye or saying bye to the fans

  11. I think over the last few weeks, Tuchel and the Team really bonded. I feel like with the loss against Madrid they have shared a similar experience (also not nearly as tragic) as the Jupp Season 2012. Both can take energy from that and win everything next year.

  12. If by some weird turn of events we do end up with Flick, we should start a petition to have Berni replaced by a graylag goose mascot.

Might as well go full-in if we go with Flick.

    Edit: [There ya go](https://imgur.com/WiXyBqM).

  13. What’s everyone’s predictions for the Euros squad? I predict this:

    GK: Neuer, ter Stegen, Trapp

    RB: Kimmich, Henrichs

CB: Tah, Rüdiger, Schlotterbeck, Anton, Koch

    LB: Mittelstädt, Raum

DM/CM: Andrich, Kroos, Groß, Pavlovic, Stiller/Stach

LW/AM/RW: Sané, Musiala, Gündogan, Wirtz, Führich, Müller

    ST: Havertz, Füllkrug, Undav

  14. I’ve just read that according to Sky Mbappe will earn 15 milion net in Real and I was a little buffled why someone called it a low salary. Then I read that Lewandowski will earn in Barcelona more than that next season because of his progresive contract and I am loss for words.

  15. I am not pro-Tuchel I am anti not having a coach. If he stays so be it, though I definitely understand and also feel the grievances people have with him.

  16. > A few hours after Ralf Rangnick rejected Bayern’s offer, Max Eberl and Christoph Freund called Oliver Glasner in the evening and were determined to get him as new coach. Glasner was top of the list after Rangnick. Eberl and Freund explained to him why they thought he was the right man for Bayern. As with Crystal Palace, he was supposed to give structure to an irregular squad in a very short time. Afterwards, Uli Hoeneß and Rummenigge also called Glasner and offered him the prospect of paying a compensation fee to Crystal Palace

    > The Austrian showed big interest in a move to Munich. He’s determined to win the Champions League in his coaching career and would have liked to join Bayern for that reason and also because of his friendly relationship with Christoph Freund

    > Bayern’s entire leadership fought for Glasner and yet the deal fell through. Palace owner Steve Parish vetoed a move. Palace demanded at least €100m to release Glasner. Bayern were prepared to pay €18m for the coach

    > [@BILD]

    we’re down bad

  17. >Thomas Tuchel on not being given a farewell by the club yesterday: “That was definitely what I wanted. I’m not a big fan of these things. And we agreed that the season wasn’t over yet. Was it emotional? It wasn’t that emotional. It’s been known for a while and that’s why it’s been happening bit by bit over the last few times. I noticed it in the ticket requests [by family and friends], which has increased. That’s why we had to buy a few more tickets. But it was nice and everything was fine, thank God with a win.” [@MartinVolkmar, @ransport]

    >• The fans cheered your name very loudly after the game at the Bernabéu. Is it a good feeling to walk out the front door at the end?

    >Tuchel: “Yes, that was the goal in February when we made this decision. The initiative came from the club and we decided on it – I consciously decided with my staff to go through with it until the end and not leave immediately. That was one of the things I said to my assistants: We’re not going out the back door, we’re going with our heads held high. We have nothing to blame ourselves for, we know the input we are trying to give and know how much we are doing to be successful.”

    >• Are you dissatisfied with your time here or do you say that there were also some good things during that time? for example you became German champion for the first time..

    >Tuchel: “Yes, absolutely. But I would have preferred to celebrate a league title where I was the coach the whole season. But of course, it counts and we’ll take it. I was very self-critical and came here to compete and win all titles. We didn’t succeed in that and that’s why I’m not happy with it.”

    But what does it mean

  18. So we are obviously buying back Zirkzee, wont we? He is worth around 40 million now, our buy back clause is 20-25 million….

  19. I never thought I was going to say it. But I think I prefer Tuchel to stay over Flick. (my nr1 options was always Zerbi) for following reasons.

He has realized that Dier and De Ligt are a sustainable Cb pairing at the highest level.
A new coach would again try to implement Kim and Uppa until they mess up again. A

He has realized Kimmich is great at RB and shouldn’t play midfielder.

He has made Maz play very well at LB.

I don’t know if I have it in my to see again a team starting lineup off

    Neuer
    Maz Uppa Kim Davies
    Kimmich Goretzka

And then taking 6 months to realize this midfield doesn’t work and Kim isn’t at Bayern level

  20. What about the many muscle injuries this season? Do you guys think it’s just bad luck or are we doing something wrong? I have the feeling that there are always some major injuries towards the end of season. Not only this year.

  21. Don’t know much about the current coach situation. How cooked are we at this point in time?

  22. Just wonder why Hoeneß dislike Flick so badly 🙁

  23. What’s up with this Tuchel sympathizing the last few days?

All I’ve been reading are people saying “well you know he wasn’t as bad they said” or “he just needed a fair chance, and a better squad” or “he’s really been bonding with the team”…..

What are y’all on about? Did we not watch the same Bayern side for the last year that he’s been here? Do we all not remember how fed up and upset we would get watching terrorists football?

Before anyone says the squad sucks ass, remember Kovac-ball… We were playing some God awful football with the team that he said sucked (comparing it to a car), then he got fired… Lo and behold the team that was supposedly doo-doo ended up winning a whole sextuple.

So what we’ve had a few “good” weeks? That’s supposed to excuse how horrendous we’ve been, and some of the things he’s said?

We lost to 3rd division team to get kicked out the cup, we laid down and handed Leverkusen the League, they thoroughly whooped us, we could have won against Madrid, but poor man management and substitutions cost us a CL Final…. Madrid juju is hard to stop but my point stands…

  24. ManU will lose the FA cup and we’ll end up with ten Hag

  25. I actually like the new (main) shade of red of our home jersey.

  26. I have my reservations about him and the current form of Brighton isn’t great….

But if de Zerbi really IS Eberl‘s first wish or main candidate, than let the man do it!

Why else did you hire him?
Just to dictate the new coach or deny every half decent one?

  27. This is when I wish I could know what’s actually true just for my own curiosity. Convinced >50% of the media rumors are just that. Very easy to run another “this coach is plausible for Bayern, let’s say they rejected them” story for clicks because it’s the hot topic right now.

Who have we actually spoken with and how far have we gotten with any of them? Who were the rumored “surprise candidates”?
