13. It’s a classic Tory move from Ratcliffe. Run something into the ground, cry out for public money to fix it because its in such bad shape what a shame don’t we need to reinvigorate this proud community etc etc, get the taxpayer to pay for it, and pocket the benefits. ToryFC
