A few weeks ago, I had the unforgettable experience of attending my first Real Madrid game at the Bernabeu for El Clasico. The atmosphere was simply electrifying—everything I had dreamed of as a young lad. From tearing up when they played the anthem to witnessing Real Madrid's stirring remontada, this was more than just a match; it was a vivid display of passion and unity that left an indelible mark on me. Every corner of the stadium pulsed with energy and the mantra "Hasta el final," a powerful expression of determination and pride that I had only ever experienced on TV.
Next to me sat a lifelong Madridista, whose father made him a club member the day he was born in 1978. He shared tales of past generations of Galacticos and the highs and lows the club has endured. His father may have passed, but he continues the tradition by bringing his two children, passing on his fervent love and passion for this incredible club. He now occupies his father’s seat, while his oldest son sits beside him, a touching reminder of how traditions endure, passing from one generation to the next.
To my fellow Madridistas, I hope you all get to experience the magic of this club and stadium one day. ¡Hala Madrid!…y nada más
