Ukrainian police officers evacuated residents from the Tsyrkunivska, Lipetska and Vovchansk territorial communities following a new Russian push in the northeastern Kharkiv region. The video from the battle tells you all you need to know; the Russian tanks and self-propelled artillery are not firing from treelines, fields, and dugouts anymore, they are firing from backyards, parking lots, and alleys. Zelensky said four days ago "we are prepared…" Oh well…
