AI’s importance for military technology is growing rapidly – even though there’s no international framework on the ethical use of it yet. Now China and the US have started bilateral talks on the matter.

  4. Make no mistake; the US wants war with China, Russia and anyone else who keep the profits coming into the American economy. The US has privatized war. Meaning, policy is driven by private interests that have turned the country into a war exporter. It is now the job of the United States government to ensure profits for the war industry. The world needs to see and understand what has happened and who the American government truly is.
