  1. I know many people are against him but personally I have no problem if he becomes the new coach.

    He did a fantastic job last season with Brighton and while the current season isn’t very well, his whole team was fucked by several sales of key players and injuries. And according to some Epl fans Brighton has the 3rd lowest wage bill of the epl (indicating the squad isn’t very good).

    He also was praised highly by Klopp and Pep

  5. I wouldn’t mind De Zerbi since I see a lot of people praising his offensive playstyle.

    But I just don’t understand why Flick is not an option anymore ? Considering the rest , he would be the best choice imo. But I wonder what changes that they’re not even considering him anymore.

  6. I wish we didn’t have to pay a such a high release cause for a manager who’s a massive gamble for us. Especially since there are other managers out there who represent a similar gamble but who aren’t as expensive.

    If we do hire him and he flops then that’s basically money wasted.

  7. If the board wants him as well to be just a stopgap until they think Alonso becomes available, he also will probably turn us down.

    What a shitshow. Even more frustrating when Liverpool got the best available coach and did it quickly and quietly

  28. De zerbi is a good coach similar in style to Hoeneß. Not experienced, but probably one of the better coaches that are available
