Getting genuinely excited. This looks promising. Might not mean instant results next season but the future is bright.
It would have been nice, perhaps even fair and correct, to give Allegri a better goodbye. But that doesn’t mean this is a whole big mess.
And even all the players social media stuff about Allegri, could be taken so many different ways. Doesn’t necessarily mean they wanted him to stay, could easily just be recognition for what he’s achieved and realise it’s a shame he left in such a way.
