  1. Read like fan fiction and I sincerely hope it is. Otherwise the new coach is gonna have to work with half the board wishing him ill as soon as he loses the game

  2. Tuchel: Won’t last long with our current board

    Flick: No defence just vibes

Marquez: Still hasn’t shown any promise. Dull football

Motta: Most probably leaving for Juve (only has one season to show off)

  3. Read like read circus scripting.

My idea: our board should record a show of themshelves boardcast weekly, they could make money from it.

  4. And from those choices, none of them has any fucking idea what they’re doing.

  5. I like the Germans. I campaigned for Flick when Xavi first resigned, and both of them are experienced and have won a UCL before, but neither one of them would last a week with this board after this disaster. Tuchel would probably lose the dressing room, too.

Deco is mental. I like Motta, even if he has no UCL experience yet, but he is one step away from Juve. And we have much more experienced options than Marquez. Interesting how both of the managers Deco supposedly wants are his former teammates.

Yuste is probably the only sane one here because he knows you don’t sack a manager after begging him to stay. This is unfair to our legend, whether you want him out or not.

  6. Stop posting Gerard Romero, all he wants is engagement to his channels.

  7. This is an idiotic way to run a sporting direction. Hire people who are on the same wavelength, and make clear hierarchies over who has the final say in this sort of shit.

Get a sports director with experience and that you trust to lead the sporting direction and stop meddling. A great first step would be not to have a nepo-hire.

  8. I really dont know why Gerard Romero is being posted this much, this guy really hasnt shown anything the last few years.

Anyway imo the order of the coaches he talked about would be: Motta = Tuchel > Marquez > Flick. Xavi should only stay if he changed some of his staff, which he wont do so he should leave. Flick is the worst option, the only argument I hear for him is the sextuple (completly ignoring the other 20 years of his career)
