Doesn’t make sense but I’m glad. It’s his first season with a young squad that has long contracts and he started getting better at the end of the season. He took them from 12th to 6th and they had the 3rd best form in the final 1/3 of the season. Maybe Chelsea’s board wants Tuchel back now that he is out of Bayern.

This makes no sense to me. The first half of the season was indeed bad, but Poch was clearly getting the squad in order and in the second half of the season they were playing great. Now they sack Poch after the side was doing well. Welp, back to 10th for you Chelsea fans.

Part of me thinks Poch walked after being told he cant have more control over transfers (keeping conor and trev) and refusing to play their investments to increase their values vs getting the results needed any way possible.
