    * Getting things done with 3m spend and injuries 
    * QF + 85 pts + Lost cdr to winners + SC final. Unlucky but decent season 
    * On less wages and is a legend
    * Already 3 years in the project 

    Cons:

    * Late response to system changes
    * Lacks self insight 
    * Horrendous football, won’t attract crowd in upcoming season which can affect economical health
    * Bets on Romeu, Roberto, etc
    * Over playing Yamal and Cubarsi
    * No consistency of results (most win streak in la liga is 4)
    * Tactically naieveity costed UCL qf.
