7. I want to know what was the reasoning behind Deco becoming sports director beyond the fact that he is a club legend. Is that all that matters to this clubs. He had 0 experience as a sporting director and has shown nothing so far to suggest he will be good at it. Club De Amigos used to refer to the players but now its everywhere.

   I’m honestly convinced that the only reason the club is spending crazy amounts under Barto is simply due to the financial situation. And if they had the same level of money, the exact same mistakes would have likely been repeated. We might have even missed out on those good free transfers that I think only happened as a result of the financial situation forcing their hand and not because the club is competent.
