  1. I would understand if Bologna did not qualify for CL but since they did, there is no upside in transferring to Arsenal. They are clubs of almost the same size and reputation and in the same competition so it’s not really an upgrade. Would be better to go to Milan. A bigger club with history of winning and great supporters.
