In the face of continued battles around Karkhiv, Ukraine starts conscripting younger men

after more than 2 years of War weapon supplies are heavily depleted and so Personnel for some of the soldiers on Ukraine’s Frontline a new mobilization law couldn’t come sooner it should have been done earlier in my humble opinion Mammoth is a military drone pilot who says he went to war age 22 without experience but step by step his Commander taught him the skills he needed this mobilization law is not I won’t say for everyone but for many of course people are scared this is normal but decisions have to be made and we have to fight the law which came into effect on Saturday includes a clause that lowers the conscription age to join the Army from 27 to 25 and offers Financial incentives to encourage more troops some critics are worried it will lead to business is closing if the majority of their staff are mobilized others are concerned that it will take too long to train new troops and that it is too little too late with some estimates saying at least 100,000 new troops are needed to repel Russia’s advancing forces for coyote the law could have gone a step further criticizes it civilians only civilians who don’t see themselves in the army they don’t have a war but I think it’s normal starting from the age of 25 I would have made the edge even lower but while the law may be unpopular these soldiers say that without it they could risk losing the war

Four people have been killed after Russian shelling hit an area on the outskirts of the Ukranian city of Kharkiv. The shelling comes just a day after new moblization law came into effect which drops the age at which men can be drafted into the army from 27 to 25. More information with Eliza Herbert.

  1. No they need to hold elections… And those in charge need to be the first to go since they seem more than willing to have other do it for them and yet don't themselves!!!! F wars people can't get a benefits!!!!

  2. Conscripting convicts now? whats the reason for this drastic measures I though you told us Kyiv had this in the bag and the russians were fleeing from leopard tanks

  3. Ukraine war reminds me of the Iraq invasion by US under false justification. At least Russia has a point in not allowing more NATO (US) bases on its borders.
How could people ever thought that Russia would allow NATO (US) to keep building bases on its borders and do nothing?Or that Ukraine could win a war against Russia? Not even with NATO support. In a hypothetical situation, would US allow China or Russia to build bases on its borders? Remember Cuban missiles crisis?

  4. Zelenskyy had the opportunity to reject West (US) offer (bribe?) to become part of NATO and choose instead to become a neutral country and that way get the best from west and east. The result of that bad decision we can see it today with hundreds of thousand deaths and a destroyed country plus the danger to the world of the conflict becoming nuclear. Neutrality the key word

  5. China supplying tens of thousands of drones daily to Putin for cheap Russian oil is causing tremendous problems.
I wonder how China's economy will fare when the west stops buying their products.

  6. Russia being a Democracy and allowing free and fair elections and opposition Party's to contest elections is worried that Western Facism will cross its borders.
