Dear President,
I am writing to you as a result of the deep concern that many members feel about the departure of Barça both in the economic and social and institutional sphere, which are the areas that have to work well if we want sporting successes to accompany us. Not long ago I shared with our partners my diagnosis of the situation in a letter that I am attaching to this document.
In recent days, three new incidents appeared that increase the perception of misgovernment: the information published to the media about non-compliance with the club's ethical code with the payment of expenses of the personal guarantees of the managers by a supplier, the news about possible conflicts of interest of the sports director and his task as a representative of players, and the terrible management of the relief (or not) of Xavi Hernández as coach of our first team.
Additionally, in the coming weeks the closing of the 23-24 season has to be made and the situation of the accounts continues to be of operational losses. Likewise, there is very little time left to find a real investor that validates the so far fictitious sale of 49% of Barça Studios and that is willing to enter on a valuation of €400m, which is an unreal value, much higher than what the market is willing to pay.
At this juncture, as a representative of the thousands of members who trusted me in the last elections, I want to ask, as president, and your Board of Directors the following:
• That the Club do an exercise of transparency on all issues that are affecting its image and reputation very negatively, as it committed at the beginning of the mandate. Especially on the issue of guarantees, which implies non-compliance with the institution's code of ethics, and the possible conflicts of interest of the sports director.
• That in the coming weeks they avoid making any dubious operation that involves a forward leak (Barça Studios), a new sale of assets (strategic players) and/or that more future income is mortgaged (new agreement with Nike), with the sole objective of balancing the accounts and covering the economic reality that has not been corrected.
We have to recognize once and for all where we are and rebuild the institution from the ground on. The situation is critical and it takes maximum professionalism and experience to reverse it. If we take advantage of all the potential we have, we will be able to compete against the best again.
Respectfully,
Victor Font

Forgot to put in the last paragraph:
> As you will remember, at the beginning of your term I made available to you our plan. I remain at your disposal to help in everything we can. But yes, given the complexity of the moment and as it seems from the poor results achieved since 2021, do not dare to throw Barça away, we ask you to step aside. We represent a new generation of culers and we are ready, ready to transform the club, modernize it and return it once and for all to the place it deserves.
Dear Joan, I wrote you, but you still ain’t callin’
I left my cell, my pager and my home phone at the bottom I sent two letters back in autumn, you must not’ve got ’em.There probably was a problem at the post office or somethin’. Sometimes I scribble addresses too sloppy when I jot ’em. But anyways, fuck it, what’s been up, man?
I know a lot of fans dislike him and think he’s worse than Laporta. Maybe he is not fit to be President but he makes a lot of good points in this letter. I would like to see more transparency from the board. Not just on the coaching farce atm but what really happened with the Libero deal.
Laporta is too drugged up to read all that shit.
Laporta: I ain’t reading allat 😭🙏
