I mean they’ve gotta be fairly attractive for a potential buyer, I know they’re a financial mess but any new buyer will make that go away pretty quickly.
The big stumbling block (a new stadium) has already undergone the difficult bit in terms of finding a site and getting all the permissions needed and is pretty close to completion so you can see revenue will go up once they’re in.
Also as an investment there’s still loads of places a buyer can “add value” to them as an asset. If I’m remembering correctly the new stadium is designed to be expanded further should the need/funding arise.
A very expansive investment but with a lot of upside for a potential buyer. As long as it’s not a state entity then I don’t mind who buys them
